  9. XV is the Copyrighted material of JiffySoft. It may be used only in 
  10.        accordance with the conditions that follow:

  12. XV is distributed for evaluation purposes only.

  14. XV is not in the public domain, and it is not free software.

  16. JiffySoft grants users a license to use this software providing
  17. that XV is not modify in any way, including but not limited to,
  18. decompiling, disassembling, or any other way of reverse engineering.

  20. All users are granted permission to copy XV for distribution
